At the start of 2026, everyone is seemingly sharing their Best of 2025 lists, and Locksmith Ledger is no exception.  Based on Google Analytics data, editors’ choice and some reader input, we present our favorite magazine articles from the past year. (December 2025 is not included due to timing; it was not published until after this list was prepared.)

Top articles looked at vertical markets like healthcare and school security. Hands-on installations included a biometric electronic lock. Low-energy door operators, door closers and electric strikes were front and center. For the safe technicians, we offered two opening methods for a safe deposit lock. Sales and marketing were also popular topics, involving tips for increasing your Google visibility.
