Schlage Unveils Performance Series
CARMEL, Indiana -- Allegion US has launched the Schlage Performance Series Locks. Available to order now, the new PM Series mortise, PC Series cylindrical and PT Series tubular locks bring trusted Schlage reliability to commercial real estate and multifamily projects where budgets matter and applications call for quality and security.
"With the Performance Series, property teams can outfit every door with hardware that works as hard as they do," said Nate Spitz, general manager, Locks & Access Solutions, Allegion. "This portfolio expansion helps customers match the right product to the right performance need and application – without sacrificing the quality you expect from Schlage."

Performance Series delivers fit-for-purpose performance, streamlined installation and ProExpress priority delivery for select mortise and cylindrical SKUs starting November 2025, helping teams hold schedule and budget.

Centrios Unlocks Recurring Revenue for Partners
Berlin, Conn. – Centrios, the small business access control platform from ASSA ABLOY, is announcing the most powerful advantage to date within its growing Partner Program: the brand-new Recurring Revenue benefit. This update marks a milestone in Centrios’ commitment to fueling long-term growth opportunities for its partners.
Since its inception, the Centrios Partner Program has been an opportunity for locksmiths, security professionals, and integrators to access sales tools, training, and incentives designed to accelerate their businesses. Now, with the launch of the Recurring Revenue benefit, Partners can transform every Centrios deployment into an ongoing revenue stream; while helping small businesses take advantage of Centrios’ intuitive,subscription-based access control platform.
“Our partners have asked for recurring revenue opportunities since we launched, and we are excited to offer a path to an even more long-term profitability with Centrios.” said Bryan Lieberman, General Manager of Centrios. “It’s not just about installing hardware anymore. It’s about creating lasting value for customers and recurring success for partners. That’s what makes this benefit so transformative.”
The Recurring Revenue benefit allows partners to earn predictable, recurring revenue each time they sell and set up a Centrios system. Partners can purchase subscription services from Centrios on a monthly or annual basis and then resell those services to end users at a price that the partner determines. Partners can choose to use this benefit or choose to let their customer handle their own subscription billing. This win-win approach ensures that small businesses gain the simplicity, reliability, and scalability they need, while partners can see their efforts rewarded long after the installation is complete.
This is the new cornerstone of Centrios’ partner program. By giving both professionals and end-users the ability to pair robust hardware solutions like the Cylindrical Lock, Smart Reader, and Padlock with subscription services, Centrios is redefining what it means to grow in the access control industry. Current and prospective partners can explore the Recurring Revenue benefit today through the Centrios Partner Portal. To get started, visit partners.centrios.com and sign up to join the program.
Hanwha Vision Unveils OnCAFE Cloud-based Access Control Platform
Teaneck, N.J. — Hanwha Vision is opening new doors for security applications with the launch of OnCAFE (Cloud Access For Everyone), a cloud-hosted Access Control as a Service platform and the latest tool in the company’s expanding line of cloud-based solutions. Delivering a user-friendly, scalable, and cost-effective option for access control needs, OnCAFE reduces the deployment challenges traditionally associated with system initialization, device, user, and software management.
OnCAFE’s cloud-based architecture eliminates the need for dedicated on-site servers and costly IT infrastructures. The software was developed entirely by Hanwha Vision’s new Software Engineering Team and extends Hanwha Vision’s mission to deliver solutions for the end user from one source. With an open platform API that can be used to connect to any video or monitoring system, OnCAFE is compatible with Hanwha Vision’s WAVE VMS and OnCloud camera-to-cloud VMS platforms.
“OnCAFE was built from the ground up to remove operational barriers without sacrificing performance, delivering the most user-friendly access control system on the market,” said Tom Cook, Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, North America, at Hanwha Vision. “Users never have to worry about server crashes, disaster recovery plans, or ongoing software maintenance. We’re building a suite of fully integrated security, surveillance, and facility management tools, enabling organizations to configure and maintain surveillance systems tailored to their unique needs.”
An intuitive mobile and web interface allows administrators to securely manage credentials, access rights, and monitor door activity remotely. New access points can be added by modularly connecting additional controllers, much like adding IP cameras in a surveillance system.
OnCAFE is designed as a highly scalable, cloud-based Access Control as a Service platform, offering:
- Centralized control from a single door up to an unlimited number of multi-location sites.
 - Intuitive “single pane of glass” dashboard views to view and monitor alarms and entities across an organization.
 - Direct-to-cloud communications, with no on-prem servers, bridges, or appliances required.
