STRATTEC Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Fobs

Aug. 2, 2022

STRATTEC added to its extensive line of fobs. The new remotes cover Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles in three different generations of systems. Coverage for more than 15 model-years and dozens of vehicle models rounds out the line.

  • The first generation of integrated keys was introduced around 2004 and includes the integrated head keys referred to as the FBI or fix blade integrated keys.
  • The second generation of keys to be introduced in the Chrysler line is known as Fobik or POD keys. This was a bladeless offering but still inserted into a slot to start the ignition.
  • The latest generation to be introduced is the proximity remotes or push-button start remotes. These are the most current on vehicles today.
