A look at the newest security products on display Apil 1-3 in Las Vegas

Cutting-edge, innovative security products took center stage at ISC West 2025. This mega-sized security trade show had something for everyone, ranging from Artificial Intelligence to cybersecurity to robotics. There were plenty of products on display for the locksmith market as well. Locksmith Ledger takes a look at some of the relevant highlights and introductions from the show floor, broken down by company.

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions

With a wide breadth of products and solutions, ASSA ABLOY’s theme this year is “Future Forward,” as the company demonstrates how it is now poised to handle any security project.

“The world and its security requirements are constantly evolving, but no matter what the future holds, we’re ready for it,” says Daniel Foppe, National Trade Show Manager. “At ASSA ABLOY, we know that the future is about smart, evolutionary technologies that help people move through the world safely. We encourage attendees to visit our booths to discover a world of access solutions designed to meet today’s security challenges — and tomorrow’s.”

The Bruken DL-GS3550 Digital Lock from ASSA ABLOY Glass Solutions, which provides keyless access control to all-glass interior openings. This field reversible device is ideal for retrofit applications and features three modes of access, including fingerprint identification, numeric passcode, and smart card. This multi-user lock requires no glass fabrication for easy installation and is compatible with single or pairs of glass doors that are 3/8" - 1/2" thick.

iDFace Max is the ideal device for monitoring and controlling the entry and exit of people through facial identification technology. Its advanced algorithm and high-quality cameras allow the identification of up to 100,000 faces with face liveness detection and identification of users with and without a mask. iDFace Max has an integrated SIP intercom with TCP/IP, USB, and PoE connectivity.

The Corbin Russwin ML2000 Series MELR Mortise Locks, designed for demanding commercial and industrial environments with quick, quiet latch retraction and low power consumption. These locks integrate seamlessly with access control systems, are ADA-compliant, and are certified to ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards.

The DoorBird D31TDV IP video intercom is designed for multi-tenant residences and buildings with up to 1,000 units, featuring a flexible mounting system with surface-mount and flush-mount options. It comes with a 7-inch touch display module, incorporating advanced security features, including RFID, Bluetooth, and QR code reader.

The SARGENT 10X Line’s new status indicators provide immediate visual confirmation of a room's occupancy or locked/unlocked status and are ideal for sensitive spaces like restrooms, classrooms, and other high-use areas.

PARAMAXX by Securitech is a remote 5-point deadbolt lockdown system designed for seamless access control and enhanced security. It allows for convenient daytime access with free exiting at any point for 100% code compliance. The system provides the highest level of forced entry protection with remote activation options.

The Norton Rixson 4500 Series is a compact, door-mounted electromechanical low-energy operator. Its integrated RF receiver, universal push/pull arm, and easy-to-use WiFi user interface make it ideal for retrofit applications.

Centrios launched two major updates, including its new Padlock, a weatherproof and rechargeable lock that allows users to manage access to virtually anything they can put a padlock on — right from the Centrios app, and the Centrios Pro Plan, a new service tier that expands system capacity to 200 users and 50 devices, as well as adds support for the new Centrios Cards and Fobs, and enables .csv data imports to quickly set up a system.

“Centrios is executing on its customer promise to continually innovate to offer value-added products, features, and services to serve channel partners and end users,” adds Foppe. “In response to market and field feedback, Centrios has been listening — and they’re responding with practical, forward-thinking solutions for growing businesses.”

ALCEA

As the importance level of having strong solutions to protect critical infrastructure continues to rise, ALCEA has answers. The company is promoting a new cutting-edge solution designed to strengthen the physical security of global critical infrastructure.

GATEWAY was recently introduced as ALCEA’s newest product to strengthen the physical security of critical infrastructure. Integrated with the ABLOY BEAT keyless lock portfolio, it enables remote opening, real-time monitoring, and flexible integration while acting as a bridge between physical security devices and systems that monitor and control them.

“The advanced features and remote keyless opening capabilities boost operational efficiency and convenience and provide peace of mind with its substantial security features,” said ALCEA Managing Director Jerry Burhans. “It also offers flexible compatibility with proprietary management systems or with our ALWIN CIPE access management software.”

ALWIN is a relatively new supervision software solution widely used in France and connects to existing infrastructure. Deployed mainly as an on-premise solution, customers have the option to use it on their own cloud-based system. It is currently being used to protect national railways and telecommunications companies, as well as petrochemical, oil, and gas facilities and electricity providers around the world.

“The access control security market has seen many software and hardware innovations in recent years. Yet, in the critical infrastructure space here in the U.S., remote locations remain that and are not integrated with the overall enterprise access control system,” explained Burhans.

“ALWIN provides visibility into our intelligent CLIQ-enabled edge locking devices in remote locations. This includes edge-locking device hardware such as padlocks and cylinders, door hardware, cabinet locks, traffic cabinet enclosures, and more. CLIQ locks do not need a power source and have a key that can transmit a transaction in real time to the CLIQ Web Manager software,” continued Burhans.

“It also integrates with existing enterprise access control systems to help strengthen your security platform for a complete, top-to-bottom high-security system. This is especially important since NERC CIP standards require an audit trail, compliance, and status updates.”

Layered security starts here. dormakaba card readers, credentials, and full-height turnstiles—such as the Alvarado MST—can control access to the outermost areas of a facility.

Layer 2: Facility exterior

Automatic sliding doors such as the dormakaba ESA400 provide continuous, self-monitored access for exterior entrances.

Layer 3: Common areas

High-traffic Common areas like lobbies and main entrances call for automated security assistance. Card readers and optical turnstiles—such as the Alvarado Argus V60—control the flow, granting entry only to those with proper credentials. More than 25 Argus V60 optical turnstiles will welcome ISC attendees across three entrances.

Layer 4: Interior areas
