Locksmith Associations in 2025

Aug. 1, 2025

Locksmith associations serve several valuable functions, including education, networking and sharing of best practices among colleagues. Most hold monthly or quarterly meetings (at least pre-Pandemic), with guest speakers delivering updates on new products or helpful tips for running a small business.

The following list includes locksmith associations that responded to our requests for information or have an active website with contact information.  We are sure that many are missing. Email [email protected] if you would like to add your association’s information to our list and we will include a more comprehensive list in our annual Security Register at the end of this year.

The Alabama Locksmith Association, an ALOA chapter, sponsors its annual Technical Show in the spring and offers educational classes throughout the year. Upcoming sessions are Aug. 18-22 and Oct. 20-24. Alabama requires state licensing of locksmiths, and Alabama Locksmiths Association classes are a great pathway to licensure and to earning needed CEUs.
