CLARK Security’s Access Control 101 class will feature the following key terms and concepts:
- Voltage and Amperage
- AC vs DC
- Relays (Form C/SPDT)
- Fail Safe vs. Fail Secure
- Momentary vs. Continuous
- Pre-load ratings and calculating wattage
- Electrical Symbols and Line Diagrams (reading wiring diagrams)
- Basic architecture for single door systems (common electric strike/maglock setup)
Instructor: Nick Bonomo our NEW CLARK sales rep will be teaching the class. He has 10+ years experience in the industry.
