The Locksmith Ledger State of the Industry Report is based on responses from qualified locksmithing professionals who subscribe to Locksmith Ledger and represent the views of locksmiths from all different areas of their trade. The purpose of this comprehensive report is to provide a glimpse into the forces that affect North American locksmiths and security pros and attempt to quantify those factors on their businesses.

This year, we had an uptick in responses, which shows how passionate locksmiths are about their business and how eager they are to help other locksmiths steer their businesses in the right direction.
