Electronic Security Expo (ESX) 2020 has been canceled because of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that all activities related to the event have been shelved.
The event, scheduled for June 9–12 in Nashville, Tennessee, was canceled after show organizers were unable to secure the venue for future dates. ESX 2021 is scheduled for June 15 – 18 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
However, on its website, ESX says it’s exploring holding some of the convention’s regular programming virtually, although it didn’t provide details. ESX also says it still will conduct its annual Innovation Awards. The deadline has been extended, but again, no details were announced.
