Top Notch Distributors Adds Commercial Territory Sales Managers

Brent Baker, Josh Quillen, Scott Dearwester and Kevin Creagan join Top Notch team

Top Notch Distributors has expanded its commercial sales organization with the addition of four commercial territory sales managers: Brent Baker, Josh Quillen, Scott Dearwester, and Kevin Creagan. The strategic investment strengthens the company’s ability to support customers, drive market growth, and expand its presence across key territories.

“These individuals bring a proven track record of leadership, customer engagement, and sales success,” said Brad Ashley, vice president of commercial sales. “Their experience and commitment to serving customers align with our growth strategy and position us to further strengthen our commercial hardware segment. Each has distinguished himself through a strategic approach to territory development.”

Baker brings decades of experience in the building supply industry. He began his career as an account manager with DW Distribution and spent more than eight years with American Building Supply before joining Top Notch. Today, he serves customers across Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas, leveraging established industry relationships to identify new business opportunities and help grow Top Notch’s customer base.

Quillen served in the United States Army before building a sales career spanning more than 20 years. During that time, he advanced through multiple roles with JELD-WEN, developing expertise in sales, customer development, and leadership. Today, he serves customers across Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi, bringing firsthand industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach to every relationship.

Dearwester brings more than 30 years of experience in the building materials industry to his role at Top Notch. He began his career with Milliken Millwork and has held sales and territory development positions with several leading building material organizations. Today, he serves customers across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, leveraging extensive expertise in territory development, customer relationship management, and identifying growth opportunities that support long-term business success.

Creagan brings more than 26 years of experience in the commercial door hardware industry. He began his career with Hager before moving to ASSA ABLOY as a regional manager. Today, he serves customers across Southern California and Southern Nevada where his background in business development and commercial sales has enabled him to consistently exceed annual sales targets while building strong customer relationships throughout his territory.

The addition of these four sales leaders reflects Top Notch’s continued commitment to investing in talent and supporting customers across its growing commercial footprint.
