    Falcon Door Hardware customers will now get a new 10-year warranty on Falcon locks, exits and closers shipped on or after Nov. 1, 2008. These products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used according to manufacturer specifications. Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies will replace such Falcon door hardware found to be defective when returned within 15 days of defect. Information: www.falcon.ingersollrand.com.
