ABUS USA expanded its product line by adding the M1, AL5 and AL6 cylinders. The four-pin M1 cylinder, five-pin AL5 and six-pin AL6 cylinders can cover the most standard keyways, which allows for easy padlock compatibility. The M1, AL5 and AL6 work in all standard prep 83 Series padlocks. Key-retaining and nonkey-retaining options are available for these latest cylinders. They’re pinned by using OEM keyway pins.
