Sargent and Greenleaf (S&G) announced the new I-Series Biometric Keypad. The I-Series is the’s first biometric keypad that provides secure, instant upgrades from the field in real time.

The I-Series Biometric Keypad gives the user instant access to the most up-to-date security solutions. Features and benefits, include:

  • Three secure entry access methods: Touchscreen code entry, biometric fingerprint entry and S&G Mobile App entry
  • Premium scratch- and fingerprint-resistant LCD screen that exceeds UL impact testing standards
  • User-friendly screen that has clearly visible numbers that illuminate for night usage
  • Easy push-button cover removal for battery change
  • Quick and easy installation, requiring only a standard screwdriver with no drilling necessary; fits standard keypad footprints

The I-Series Biometric Keypad is available in matte black finish and has Bluetooth connectivity for instant upgrades. It’s expected to have network capability in summer 2022.
