Work Truck Show® 2012: March 6-8, Indianapolis

The Work Truck Show® 2012, North America's largest work truck event, is scheduled March 6-8, 2012, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. This annual event showcases Class 1-8 vocational trucks and equipment and brings together thousands of work truck industry professionals. The Work Truck Show, held in conjunction with the annual NTEA Convention, is must-attend industry event featuring the newest products, dozens of intensive training programs and technical engineering support from hundreds of exhibitors.

Locksmiths attending this conference can view the latest and greatest vehicles and gear for outfitting service vehicles. Exhibitors will include both Ford and Nissan commercial vehicle divisions and numerous manufacturers of aftermarket add-ons for commercial vans and trucks.

United States Secretary of Energy Dr. Steven Chu will give the keynote address at the 2012 Green Truck Summit on Monday, March 5. The Green Truck Summit is held March 5-6, 2012.

Dr. Chu is a distinguished scientist and co-winner of the 1997 Nobel Prize for Physics. As United States Secretary of Energy, he is charged with helping implement President Barack Obama's ambitious agenda to invest in clean energy, reduce U.S. dependence on foreign oil, address the global climate crisis and create millions of new jobs.

The Green Truck Summit is considered the leading educational forum on "green" technology and initiatives for the commercial truck industry. Jointly produced by NTEA and CALSTART, the Summit includes 29 educational sessions. Sessions showcase new technology and provide information on reducing fuel consumption, improving fleet management, comparing clean technology options, funding clean vehicles and more.
