FALLS CHURCH, VA – Kastle Systems International, an industry leader in managed security solutions and services, and Rise Buildings, the provider of an integrated proptech platform that manages all the daily activities for buildings’ staff and occupants, forged an agreement to integrate Kastle’s digital mobile access credential functionality with Rise Buildings’ advanced occupant experience app.
Rise Buildings is the first platform to announce a formal partnership with Kastle Systems to use Kastle’s new mobile Software Development Kit (SDK). This groundbreaking agreement between real estate service leaders demonstrates their shared belief that providing occupants with digital access via mobile devices is an empowering, “sticky” feature that extends the everyday convenience and experience for tenants, residents and employees in buildings anywhere. The partnership also encourages occupant engagement and adoption by meeting and exceeding their expectations for improved property experiences across residential and commercial markets.
“As the first partner in Kastle’s Mobile SDK program, Rise Buildings can continue to focus on the advancement of our property experience platform while leveraging Kastle’s pioneering leadership in access control implementation and monitoring. With a national footprint and a proven track record providing unrivaled access control across millions of square feet of real estate worldwide, Kastle is the perfect partner for us, and we couldn’t be more thrilled about what the future holds together,” says Prasan Kale, CEO of Rise Buildings.
Kastle Systems’ objective for its Mobile SDK program was to respond to the trend toward a more experiential, single app strategy and make sure that its superior BLE-enabled mobile access was available for any customer on whichever app they choose.
“Rise Buildings has led the way in developing innovative occupant experience technology that meets the demands of ever-higher occupant expectations. The integration with Rise Buildings exemplifies the seamless availability of mobile credentials as part of a single, sophisticated mobile tenant experience, and is very much aligned with and ahead of market trends,” notes Haniel Lynn, CEO of Kastle Systems.

Roddy Bieber, vice president special hazards, alarm, and detections, (SHAD) at American Fire Protection Group, Inc., was selected from more than 5,000 entries to win the sweepstakes and a new Jaguar F-PACE.
For 16 years, ADI has been showing appreciation to its customers by presenting one lucky dealer each year with a new car. Entries for the Customer Appreciation Car Giveaway Sweepstakes are collected at all U.S. ADI Expos, and major industry trade shows throughout the year, and the winner is randomly selected.
John Sullivan, senior vice president of strategic accounts, was on hand to award Roddy his new car. “ADI’s main focus is to help our customers grow their businesses,” said Sullivan. “Our customers are extremely important to us, and this sweepstakes is just one of the things we do to express our gratitude for their support. For 2019, we’ll be giving away a Porsche Macan, so I encourage you to come out to ISC West or one of your local expos to get your name in the drawing.”
Bieber began his career in life safety in 1986 in Colorado and has been an owner and manager of several businesses in the industry. He has been with American Fire Protection Group, Inc. since 2015. Before that, he served as the general manager of APi Systems Group Inc. for 10 years before the two organizations merged. Roddy is a member of the National Fire Protection Association, the Texas Fire Alarm Association, and is a past board member of the Fire Suppression Systems Association.
“What a surprise! When I got the call from John Sullivan that I had won the sweepstakes and a new Jaguar I was shocked,” said Bieber. “I’ve been an ADI customer for over 25 years and my company, considers ADI to be a very strong partner. The customer service we get from our local team is top notch.”
For 2019, ADI will be giving away a new Porsche Macan. Customers can see the vehicle up close, and enter for a chance to win at the 2019 ISC West or CEDIA shows where ADI will drive it right into the booth. Dealers may also enter to win by completing an entry form at the 2019 InfoComm show, and any local U.S. ADI Expo.
