Camden 1500 Series Fire-Rated Electric Strikes
Camden Door Controls introduced its 1500 line of fire-rated electric strikes for mortise and cylindrical locksets. The line includes a CX-ED1500LP low-profile strike that has one latch monitor, as well as a CX-ED1500L2 strike that has two latch monitors. They’re available in a range of faceplate packs for deadbolts and latchbolts.
These 1500 strikes are UL 1034 and UL 294 listed and carry a three-hour fire listing. The universal design includes selectable fail-safe or fail-secure and 12- or 24-volt AC or DC operation. Additional features include a magnetic door-position switch, a keeper-position switch, a power monitor and easy-fit connectors.
These low-profile (1500LP) and dual monitor (1500L2) strikes deliver grade 1 performance and are backed by Camden’s full five-year warranty.
