NAPCO Realigns Sales Leadership to Drive Growth and New Market Expansion
Amityville, NY — NAPCO Security Technologies has reorganized its Sales & Support teams under new Chief Revenue Officer Joe Pipczynski, as part of a growth strategy spanning the company's fire, security, access control and locking product lines. Pipczynski said the plan is designed to strengthen the company's NapcONE offering, push into new market verticals such as A&E, government, and international sales, and support a target of double-digit year-over-year growth.
Effective July 1, NAPCO merged its dealer-oriented fire, security, and access control sales teams — NAPCO and NAPCO Access Pro — into one unit serving distributors across North America, according to Stephen Spinelli, SVP of Sales. That combined team is now split between East and West regions under new VP/GM Rob Etmans, with sales directors Troy Bonnano (East) and Christian Brandow (West); Elliot Bean was promoted to VP Distribution.
The Alarm Lock & Marks USA team has similarly been combined to sell locking and access control solutions — including the MVP-EZ mobile app — through contract hardware distributors, led by new VP/GM of Locking Sales Ray Krispin, with directors Chris Donohue (East) and Lorne Landry (West).
Additional leadership changes include David Sperber, promoted to VP of National Accounts working with Manager Ric Gibbey; Tom Karl continuing as VP of Corporate Sales; and Duane Warehime returning to lead International Sales and special projects. Dominic Macri was promoted to VP of Corporate Customer Relations, overseeing Technical Support and Inside Customer Sales (led by Director David Crews) — a department that has won the industry's Dealer Support Program Award two years running.
