ASSA ABLOY has acquired Construction Specialties, a leading direct sales company within commercial sectional doors and docking products in the U.S. and Mexico.

Construction Specialties was established in 1994 and has some 140 employees. The company is headquartered in Brownsville, Texas, but has its main business in Mexico.
Sales for 2016 are expected to reach $34 million (approx. SEK 300 million) with a good EBIT margin. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS from start.
