Where we came from – Superior service is the foundation of what we do

Advant Solutions was established in 2012 when founder, Mark Trittipo, realized the multifamily building industry needed a solution provider that understands the combined importance of access control and door hardware. By integrating technology, Mark knew he could help push the industry forward by allowing multifamily buildings to not only meet their immediate needs but also prepare for future ones.

Advant Solutions was started with the mission of offering customized solutions with the option of adding technology, so customers can avoid starting from square one when their needs change. Immediately after entering the industry, Advant Solutions adopted the core value of superior service. 

Top Notch Distributors Inc., a family-owned business, acquired the company in 2020, vowing to maintain the company’s mission and core principles to serve multi-family builders and properties at the highest level. Due to the success of the access control and door hardware businesses, we added our millwork services in 2021 to offer our clients a complete package of solutions.
