HiTower® Pro Frameless Exit Device

The S6303FH HiTower® Pro consists of a mechanical fire rated mortise exit device controlled by an electric actuator installed in the frame. With all access control and monitoring wires are maintained in the frame. Operation requires only 500mA @ 24VDC. The labor and costs associated with power transfer hinges and wires through the door is eliminated. Recommended for use in fire life safety applications on single doors and unlocked by access controls power loss or signal from the fire life safety system. HiTower Pro Exit Devices comply with all national and regional building codes for locking exit doors, elevator lobby and stairwell fire rated doors.
