Joshua Sands is the Owner of Key City Locksmith and Security in Kansas City, Missouri. He has been a locksmith for nearly 15 years now and has served in the security industry for nearly 20 years. He is the former Vice President and Director of Education for the Missouri-Kansas Locksmith Association, and currently the Vice President of Education for the National Alliance of Security Professionals, a national association based in Kansas City that has grown nationwide via online technology. The Alliance offers monthly classes in person and on zoom and has quarterly courses that are both hands-on and educational. He enjoys helping teach others how to be better locksmiths for the community.

Robert Mancuso is Chief Business Officer for North America at iLOQ. With more than 20 years of experience in the door hardware industry, he has worked closely with locksmiths, distributors, integrators, and end users to navigate the evolution of access and security technologies. In his role at iLOQ, Robert leads business growth and market development across North America.

David Latreille is an Area Leader for Salto Americas and a seasoned technology leader whose career has taken him from a punk rock recording studio beneath London’s Waterloo Bridge to the forefront of enterprise security and access control.

Over the last 30 years, David has built a reputation for challenging conventional thinking and helping organizations embrace change. His experience spans direct sales, global key account management and executive leadership, working with enterprise customers across hospitality, education, commercial real estate and critical infrastructure.

A Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master, David believes the best innovations come from a willingness to experiment, learn quickly and continuously evolve. Drawing on nearly a decade at SALTO and years of hands-on work with end users, he brings a practical perspective on the intersection of security, technology and user experience.
