Paxton Access Controllers

Dec. 21, 2010

Paxton single-door access controllers provide the flexibility needed to handle today’s installation demands without burdening the budget. Being able to expand a system via IP, RS485 or wireless is standard to Paxton, but not the industry. This architecture makes it cost effective for you and the customer because they can all work on one system.

Paxton offers three versions to manage the secured entrance based on your installation practices and the buildings architecture:

  • v  Net2 Plus: An Ethernet TCP/IP based controller that also has the capability of communicating via RS-485. The controller can support 50,000 cardholders.
  • v  Net2 Classic: An RS-485 based controller supporting up to 10,000 cardholders and entry/exit readers
  • v  Net2 Nano: A wireless 2.4GHz  based controller supporting 10,000 cardholders and one reader.
