Orange, CA (Sept. 23, 2011: PRO-LOK announces the purchase of the entire manufacturing facility that was once MAG Manufacturing. The asset-only acquisition will add approximately 30 manufacturing machines to the PRO-LOK campus. The acquisition will give PRO-LOK’s® ENTRY ARMOR® security hardware brand all of the tooling required to make the domestically produced MAG Manufacturing product line.
Pro-Lok® manufactures auto entry tools, full color manuals, inspection lights, installation tools, punch key machines, Kalifornia Key Chain key accessories and Entry Armor® Security Door Hardware for the locksmith industry.
Pro-Lok’s® ENTRY ARMOR® brand of products consists of more than 250 SKUs in the following categories: wrap plates, latch protectors, strike plates, adaptor plates, hole covers, door knobs, filler plates, door locks, door viewers, patio locks, and window locks.
