Securitech Introduces Larger Anti-Pry Plate With Entry Options For Trident™ Multi-Point Exit Lock

Oct. 15, 2014

Maspeth, NY – Securitech Group, Inc., a leading “Go-To” manufacturer for special locking solutions, has introduced a new larger anti-pry plate for the Trident series using an exterior trim option.

Securitech is now offering a larger and thicker (11 gauge) stainless steel anti-pry plate for exterior entry options on the Trident. This new addition eliminates the exposed thru bolts while also strengthening the door. Four of the six thru bolts connect directly to the mechanism, while the other two are along the door’s edge. This new design will uphold the protection found in the standard anti-pry plate found on Trident Locks without exterior entry.

New entry options include thumbturn, thumbturn and handle, lever trim, lever trim with DC release, and fail safe lever trim with DC release. Access Control integration will continue to be supported in these new exterior entry options.

The Trident™Multi-Point Lock is available in self re-locking and manual re-locking models. Many alarm options are available with the Trident series including battery power, hardwired, and signal output. Both single and double door models are available.

Trident™Multi-Point Locks provide multi-point deadbolt locking with maximum, time proven resistance to break-ins. Code compliant, single motion exiting retracts all moving bolts simultaneously, as opposed to the use of slide bolts, drop bars, padlocks, etc., which violate building and fire safety codes.
