“Secura Key’s NOVA.16 - Something New for Small Systems” white paper and A&E Specs for SK-NET software and two new access control panels available for download

Secura Key announces the release of a new white paper on its NOVA.16 access control panel: “Secura Key’s NOVA.16 - Something New for Small Systems, explaining the new system architecture and how it lowers installation, hardware and expansion costs, and also explaining the technology behind the product.

The white paper describes the new system configuration, the more efficient distribution of processing power, how the product was developed, and why RS485 communications were selected over other alternatives.  It also details backward compatibility and retrofit scenarios.

These White Papers are very useful to systems integrators, OEMs, and Application Developers in both the security and RFID channels.  They are written for an executive level audience.

A&E Specs: SK-NET, Access Control Panels

Secura Key also announces the availability of newly updated Sample Architects and Engineers Specifications for its SK-NET Software and two new Access Control Panels: The SK-ACPE-LE, an upgraded version of the legendary SK-ACP 2-door panel; and the NOVA.16, a revolutionary new 16-door access control panel.  These specifications are available on the Secura Key website in MS Word document format, allowing users to them cut and paste them into the standard AIA specification template.

Architects and Engineers Specifications make it easier for consultants and system integrators, to create and/or respond to complex bid specifications and RFQ’s, saving the time required to reformat information from product data sheets.
