Nov. 16--A Tulsa man who had been named a suspect in the murder of a locksmith outside an apartment complex parking lot in October is in the Tulsa Jail.

Dewayne Fulsom, 21, was arrested by Tulsa police Thursday about 9:10 a.m. on first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill complaints, jail records show.

Investigators allege he shot Sebastian B. Geiger, 21, a locksmith who had been called to the Beckett Ridge Apartments, 7845 E. 49th St., on Oct 1.

Witnesses at the scene told police that Geiger was called to the complex to unlock a vehicle and became involved in a dispute with Fulsom over the price of the service.

Geiger was then shot and later found slumped over in his pickup truck, police said.

Fulsom remains held without bail.
