ISC East has rescheduled the conference and exposition, postponed because of Hurricane Sandy, to November 28-29, it was announced this afternoon.
The show will run Wednesday, Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 29 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Javits Convention Center in New York, Ed Several, senior vice president of events said.
"This will be a very special event, which will allow all of us to show our unwavering support for the Northeast security market," he wrote in an email this afternoon. Exhibitors will receive additional correspondence regarding hotels and badging early next week.Due to the State of Emergency declared by the Governor of the State of New York and the clear impact and potential danger presented by Hurricane Sandy, ISC East organizers have made the decision to POSTPONE ISC East, which was scheduled to begin Tuesday, Oct. 30.
