ASSA ABLOY Acquires Alarm Controls Corporation

ASSA ABLOY announces its acquisiion of Deer Park, NY-based Alarm Controls Corporation, a manufacturer of access control accessories. The company joins other ASSA ABLOY Group brands, Securitron and HES to serve the access control market.
