WedgeCo Four-Blade Picks & Turning Tool

Dec. 16, 2021

WedgeCo has introduced three tools aimed at locksmiths:

  • The 2000 Tension Wrench/Lock Turning Tool is a heavy-duty 1mm stainless steel tension wrench that has a rubber grip.
  • The 4000 is a mini four-blade automobile pick.
  • The 6000 is a stainless steel automobile pick that has a rubber grip.

The tools are meant for picking Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler and Jeep automobiles, as well as semitrucks and double-sided wafer locks. However, they aren’t designed to open Chevrolet and GMC vehicles from the 1970s and 1980s that have sidebar locks. In addition, the picks shouldn’t be used on Honda laser-cut vehicles, because the vehicles have thin split wafers that are designed to jam.

The tools are available at participating distributors.
