Advanced Diagnostics announced the release of a free software update to its Ford 2019 ADS2269 software for the Smart Pro key programmer. The update handles the addition of new 2020 models.
The software now will program bladed or proximity keys for the following 2020 Ford models: Expedition, Explorer, F-250, F-350, F-450, Mustang and Transit Connect. It also will program prox keys for the following Lincoln models: Aviator, Corsair and Navigator.
ADS2269 software will bypass the security pincode during the procedure and program the remote and the transponder at the same time. No working key is required, and an add-key option is available. There also is a special procedure designed to allow programming even if the factory alarm system is activated.
