The updated 9600 Series is completely surface mounted with no cutting required. It’s been re-engineered for greater strength and durability, with an increase of 25% static strength and 40% dynamic strength - verified by a nationally recognized testing laboratory. It is designed to work with rim exit devices up to ¾” throw latchbolt, and the stainless steel cover comes in six finishes. The base is separate from the cover for easy adjustment.
