Hager Companies, a leading U.S. manufacturer of commercial and residential door hardware products, announces the promotion of Joshua D. Hager to the position of president and chief operating officer effective immediately. Ralph J. Hager, II retains the position of chief executive officer and operating responsibilities reporting to the board of directors. Rusty Hager also retains his position as chairman of the board of directors of the Hager Companies. Coinciding with this announcement, Ralph J. (Johnston) Hager was promoted to vice president, residential sales and national accounts.

Robert Wilkins has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Product Development. Wilkins, who had previously served as the Director of Marketing & Product Development with the company, took on the new role effective January 1.
