    SARGENT announces lock/unlock indicator and engraving options for its LE1 and KE1 escutcheon trims on the 7800/8200 Series mortise locks. These new options offer customers peace of mind regarding the security status of a room. The indicator allows the user to easily view the door’s locked status at any angle.  The engraving option shows “Lock” with a directional arrow indicating which way to rotate the key/thumbturn to secure the door, eliminating confusion in an emergency situation.
