There are electric strikes and electric strike locks. Electric strike locks come with their own latch lock mechanisms. eff eff Strike Lock Model 8037 and 8037R is a retrofit solution for securing glass doors. This UL-listed locking solution can be incorporated into an existing access control system.
These strike locks are failsafe electric strikes with a latch lock. The latch lock is a spring loaded latching mechanism, no knob or lever. As the door swings closed, the latch retracts, slides over the keeper and extends entering the electric strike keeper and securing the door. To open the door, the electric strike keeper is released, permitting the extended latch to slide out of the electric strike as the door swings open. The latch lock and electric strike can be installed along the top or side of the interior or exterior side of an outswing door.

Hyundai Santa Fe Codes & Keys
The 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe uses a new code series C1001-C3500 and sidewinder blade in a flip style remote. The code series has eight cuts and five depths. The spaces and depths are the same as the T1001-T3500. However, the cuts are originated on the other side of the key blank.
The flip blade is the reverse of the Ilco HY18-P, Jet HY18-PH and the original Hyundai flip key blade part number is 81996-2W000. The key blade is secured to the remote by a roll pin.

Sargent and Greenleaf has introduced the Titan™ Direct Drive™ Electronic Safe Lock with a UL Type 1 Listing. The Titan has a motor controlled blocking mechanism removing the possible problems that can be associated with magnetic bypass. The keypad has a firm grip, molded wave pattern at three and nine o'clock. Once the proper code has been entered, rotating the keypad retracts the bolt. The S&G Titan withstands up to 225 lbs. of bolt end and side load pressure.

Car-Opening Techniques: 2007-09 Taurus, Taurus X, Sable
This month we will offer car-opening tool manufacturer's recommended techniques for opening the 2007-09 Ford Taurus, Taurus X and Mercury Sable, and the 2005-07 Ford 500 and Freestyle, and the Mercury Montego. Some manufacturers offer different opening techniques for the above vehicles, so check with your car-opening tool manufacturer. These six vehicle models are equipped with power door locks with a vertical locking button on the front and rear doors.
Depending upon the car opening tool manufacturer, methods of entry include the front and rear passenger doors.
These vehicles are equipped with multi-layer weather stripping at the trim panel.
Use the following opening methods to unlock the 2007-09 Ford Taurus, Taurus X and Mercury Sable, 2005-07 Ford 500 and Freestyle, and Mercury Montego vehicles.
Use the High Tech Tools The "S" Tool #47, a strip saver and wedge to unlock the front passenger door locking mechanism. Separate the glass from the weather strip by positioning a wedge forward of the inside vertical locking button. Insert the car-opening tool through the strip saver with the working end pointing towards the rear. Lower the car opening tool into the door cavity and rotate the tool to contact the bent portion of the vertical linkage rod. Twist the car opening tool to bind the linkage rod and lift to unlock the door locking mechanism.
