A1 Security

A1 Security introduces KeyCommander, a first line of defense for common-sense key control. The lockable cabinets hold 25, 50, or 100 key pegs that can be locked into a numbered port. A tamper-proof Seal secures keys to each Red Peg; once inserted, it remains until removed by an authorized user.

Authorized users ‘check out' keys by inserting Personalized Yellow Access Pegs into the adjacent port. Gray Access Pegs are also included for managerial prerogatives. Abloy

Abloy introduces the H2X series, a 2-inch hardened steel deadbolt with over 2 tons of side force resistance. The patented Abloy Protec rotating disc cylinder is pick and bump proof, has patented key control, a convenient reversible key and resists harsh environments. Exterior cylinder is made of completely hardened steel to resist all drilling and force attempts.

Two backsets in one bolt: 2 ¾” and 2 3/8” new rounded box strike and hardened steel connecting screws. UL listed Burglary and 20 minute Fire.

Abus

With the expansion of the Abus 83 series family, Abus has designed two new display boards, available for free from your local distributor. The boards can be mounted on peg board or left free standing on a counter. The 83RK board shows padlocks that work with the normal 83 series cylinder. New for 2007 are the 83WP/53 and 83/80. Recently added keyways include corbin L4 (410), Schlage C123 (323), Schlage C145 (345).

The second board displays available lock sizes that accept either IC cores or Key-in-Knob. Both versions utilize the patented Z-bar function to convert the lock from key-retaining to non-key-retaining in seconds. The 83KnK locks also ship with all the adaptors to accept most cylinders that are prepped for Schlage, Medeco and Lori.

Adams Rite

Adams Rite introduces the UltraLine 7400 Series of premium electric strikes. UltraLine strikes have a compact design and a robust stainless steel split-jaw design that has over 2,000 lbs. of holding force. They can release electrically with up to 30 lbs. of door “preload” (pressure exerted on doors by air conditioning systems, warping or misaligned hardware that can disable common electric strikes.). New  technology allows the 7400 to operate at 12, 16, and 24 VAC/VDC with one solenoid. The UltraLine series also retrofits with all previous Adams Rite electric strikes.
